"Duang Ngamprom" (Green-Atsadaporn), the daughter of Mae Choi (Sirintra Niyakorn), a vegetable vendor, dreams of becoming a famous singer. Choi doesn't want Duang to become a singer because she's afraid she'll be like her father who died from traveling to sing. However, Duang has Rawi (Tle-Thanapon), a handsome likay hero, who encourages Duang to make her dream come true. Duang enters singing contests on various stages to follow her dreams and also tries to earn money to pay off her debts. Pimuk (Mai-Nonthapan), the son of the owner of a famous boxing camp, secretly tries to prevent Duang from becoming a singer in every way because Pimuk likes Duang and is afraid that if she becomes famous, his love will be further distant. The band "Fang Ngam Kram Fun" is recruiting new singers. Duang rushes to apply. Choi doesn't want Duang to leave, so she asks Duang to join Siriporn's (Yok-Tanyakan) Chinese opera troupe. When Siriporn finds out that Duang is going to apply, she rushes to tell Pimuk. Pimuk pressures Rojan (Rung Suriya), the band manager, and Prateep (Jack Thanapon) to accept Duang as just a back up dancer in the band. On the first day of work, Duen planned to rape Duen, but Rawi and Kham (Petch-Prach) came to help in time. Pimuk was angry and went to destroy Rawi's likay theater. When Duen found out, she was worried and rushed to see her, but she felt hurt when she saw Siriporn taking care of Rawi. Kaew (Praewa-Chatthida), the daughter of Kim (Ratree Wittawat), a grocery store owner who is Choi's rival, asked Duen to apply to be a back up dancer in the band. When Kaew joined the band, she flattered Linchi (Janet Kiew) because she knew that Linchi didn't like Duen and always bullied her. But there was Jeh Pom (Ong Patthana), an old back up dancer in the band who helped Duen. Rojan made Duen weak towards Pimuk because Pimuk knew many people in the music industry so that he could persuade Duen to be a singer. Pimuk made Duen an offer to give in to him and he would make Duen more famous than Siriporn. Duen hoped that one day she would be a Luk Thung singer worthy of Rawi and be able to beat Siriporn, so she agreed to do what Pimuk wanted. Rawi misunderstood and thought that Duen agreed to be Pimuk's girlfriend, so he felt hurt and didn't care about Duen.
